Not for the faint hearted, this is an ADVANCED class. Being circuit-based, Grenade focuses on 20 second intervals where we are looking for nothing but maximum output. If you cannot complete the warmup the coach will advise you to stop.
Following an intense warm up you and your team will work together to complete what the coach tasks you with. With that finished you will move to a 5 station circuit working intervals at 100%.
The coach is looking for absolute maximum effort, do not disappoint.
So, we have finally made the move and instead of you having to fly to Thailand every year to be part of one of the best fitness experiences in the world, you can now come to us every morning if you’re local to Dubai or if you’re visiting, enjoy the beauty of Dubai and train at one of the best gyms in the world!
