The Punisher

The Punisher is a High Intensity Interval Training based session. It runs as a circuit, with participants moving through the 18 stations in numerical order.

The methods employed during The Punisher session are scientifically proven to improve anaerobic and aerobic capacity. The way we structure The Punisher will not only improve cardiovascular fitness but also improve core strength. The session is explained with all exercises demonstrated at the start of the class -one of our key mantras is correct form, because correct form = correct results. Whatever exercise you use though, Tabata training will raise your metabolism and heart rate immediately.

Since you are performing these exercises at a very high intensity, your body will have to work much harder to keep it up. This will cause your heart to pump fast and your metabolism to jump, which you want if you are planning on losing fat. Your metabolism will stay high not only during the workout, but after the workout as well. This means that your body will be burning fat for hours after the class has finished.

About Met Con

Met-Con is a cardio-focused, bodyweight movement class which is designed to purely focus on conditioning exercises. The main intention of this class is to increase the storage and delivery of energy for ANY activity.

This class is a very low impact based session meaning that it’s a great way to achieve an absolute cardio burn with giving your joints the break they deserve!

Whether you’re an Olympic Athlete wanting to build your engine or simply looking to take part in a cardio based class and wanting to burn those calories Met-Con is for you! Being only 30 minutes long, we’re focusing on getting you in, warming you up and getting you involved with no time to waste. The structure of the class can differ from interval work to more endurance work.
